  4. This is GREAT ADVICE!
    I’m not a Realtor, but I have incorporated some of this into my own sales strategy & it has already paid off in droves!
    I have gotten a bunch of referrals from people I haven’t even been able to help yet, just because I am working with them rather than IGNORING them or “kicking the to the curb” like everyone else.
