The National Association of REALTORS® reports that existing home sales in June were higher by 1.1% from May, & 3% from June 2015. That’s their highest annual pace since February 2007. First-time buyers made up 33%, up from 30% in May.
New Home Sales also jumped 3.5% from May to June, according to the Commerce Department. Sales also experienced over 25% gain from June 2015, reaching the highest level since February 2008.
